Skekmal Head

Skekmal is a character from The Dark Crystal, Skekmal is owned by Universal Entertainment

This is an overview of the build process for his head so far.

The base is made of very thin craft foam hot glued into shape.

Air dry foam clay is added to parts for thicker detail

A dremel is used to carve out detail on the dry foam and to add the cracks

The whole head is spray painted in white and then based in the under tone for each section. More detail will be added as the build continues.
